1. Operator and acceptance
SuperSkool CRM is operated and sold by Nicole Daniela Pena Martinez, CNPJ 64.047.539/0001-89, at Rua André José Tumang, 1001, Piracicaba/SP, Brazil ("SuperSkool", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, installing the extension or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use SuperSkool for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The SuperSkool service
SuperSkool is a digital software service for authorized Skool community operators. Depending on the current plan and product version, it may provide:
- a browser extension that connects an authorized Skool session to SuperSkool;
- a cloud dashboard with community, member, revenue, retention and activity information;
- filters, exports, opportunity workflows, campaign preparation and business insights;
- authorized video-download tools and other connector features; and
- educational materials, product updates and customer support.
The first data sync requires a supported desktop browser, the SuperSkool extension and an active Skool session. Mobile devices may display previously synchronized information but cannot perform the browser-extension collection.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Each account is personal to the subscriber unless the applicable plan expressly permits multiple users. You remain responsible for actions taken through your account and for confirming that the selected community is one you are authorized to manage.
4. License and acceptable use
While your subscription is valid, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use SuperSkool for your internal business activities.
You may not:
- access communities, member data, messages or media without proper authorization;
- download, reproduce or distribute videos or other content you do not own or have permission to use;
- sell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections in SuperSkool;
- use the service for spam, harassment, unlawful surveillance, fraud or violations of privacy, intellectual property or consumer-protection laws;
- interfere with the service, send malicious code or attempt to access another customer's account or data; or
- use automation at a scale that may impair SuperSkool, Skool or any connected service.
5. Skool and third-party services
SuperSkool is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated by Skool or its owners. "Skool" and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The service depends on third-party browsers, APIs, websites, hosting, authentication and payment systems. Changes made by Skool or another provider may temporarily limit or require changes to some SuperSkool features. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Subscription, payment and cancellation
Prices, billing frequency, currency and included features are shown in the offer presented before purchase. Unless the offer says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically through the payment provider until canceled.
Promotional wheel offers are limited to one spin and one redemption per eligible customer. The displayed discount applies only to the selected plan's first charge, cannot be combined with another promotion and remains subject to customer and offer validation during checkout.
Payments are processed by Hotmart or another provider identified at checkout. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Failed, reversed, refunded or disputed payments may suspend or terminate access in accordance with the paid period and applicable law.
You can manage the purchase through the provider's member portal or contact info@superskool.shop. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a period that has already started. Refund rights are described in our Refund Policy.
7. Community data and privacy
You retain responsibility for the community information you choose to synchronize. You confirm that you have a lawful basis and the necessary authority to process member information through SuperSkool, including names, contact details, membership, payment, activity and message-related data.
We use synchronized data to provide the service to you and do not acquire ownership of it. Account, billing and synchronized information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability, changes and results
We work to keep SuperSkool available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that third-party source data will always be complete or current. Features may be updated, replaced or discontinued when necessary for security, compliance, compatibility or product improvement.
SuperSkool is a management and analytics tool. Examples, metrics, recommendations and possible business uses are illustrative. We do not guarantee revenue, retention, growth, conversion or any other specific result.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to the billing rules above. We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, material violation of these Terms or conduct that threatens other users or connected services.
When access ends, you should export any information you are legally entitled to retain. Data may then be deleted or retained only where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Responsibility and applicable law
You are responsible for your business decisions, communications with community members, compliance obligations and use of exported or downloaded material. To the extent permitted by law, SuperSkool is not responsible for indirect losses caused by unauthorized use, third-party outages, source-data errors or failure to keep credentials secure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent court determined under applicable law, including consumer-protection venue rules when relevant.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security or product changes. Material updates will be communicated through the site, app or registered email when required.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@superskool.shop.
