1. Who is responsible for the data
For account, website, billing and support information, the data controller is Nicole Daniela Pena Martinez, CNPJ 64.047.539/0001-89, at Rua André José Tumang, 1001, Piracicaba/SP, Brazil.
For personal data that a customer synchronizes from their own Skool community, that customer generally determines why and how the information is used. In that context, the customer is responsible for having a lawful basis and SuperSkool processes the information to provide the contracted tools, subject to applicable law and these terms.

2. Information we may process
Account and identity
Name, email address, account identifier, authentication records, role, subscription status and profile preferences.
Purchase and subscription
Order and product identifiers, buyer name and email, purchase date, payment status, access period, refund, payment failure or chargeback status. Full card numbers and card security codes are not stored by SuperSkool.
Synchronized Skool community information
When you actively request a sync, the extension may collect information available to your authorized Skool session, including:
- community identifiers, name, settings, plans, share link and business summaries;
- member names, profile identifiers, email addresses and traffic-source information;
- membership, plan, trial, renewal, cancellation, churn and payment-related dates or values;
- activity, engagement and message-related timestamps and status indicators;
- aggregated analytics, conversion, retention, revenue, LTV and opportunity calculations; and
- limited payout-history information displayed in the business area, excluding bank-account details.
Technical, website and support information
Browser and device information, IP address, event and error information, session data, feature interactions, support messages and information you voluntarily provide through email or WhatsApp.
3. How the browser extension accesses data
The extension runs only on the domains listed in its installation permissions, primarily SuperSkool and Skool-related pages and APIs. Its permissions support specific product functions:
- Active tab, tabs and scripting: find or open the authorized Skool community tab and connect it to the dashboard when you request a sync.
- Storage: temporarily cache the most recent snapshot and connector state in your browser.
- Downloads: save an authorized Skool video to your device when you initiate a download.
- Skool host access: read information exposed to your current signed-in Skool account for the requested community and feature.
- SuperSkool host access: securely transfer the requested snapshot to your signed-in SuperSkool dashboard.
4. Why we use information
We process information to:
- create, authenticate and protect your account;
- provide synchronization, dashboards, exports, downloads and other requested features;
- maintain cross-device cloud snapshots for your account;
- confirm purchases, manage access and prevent payment or account fraud;
- respond to support, privacy, cancellation and refund requests;
- diagnose errors, maintain compatibility and improve security and performance;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations; and
- send essential service communications and, where permitted, product updates.
Depending on the context, the legal bases may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, exercise of legal rights and consent where consent is required.
5. Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by providers that help operate SuperSkool, such as:
- Supabase for authentication, database and cloud snapshot infrastructure;
- Vercel for website and application hosting;
- Hotmart and related payment services for checkout, subscription and transaction processing;
- WhatsApp/Meta and email providers when you choose those support channels; and
- analytics and tag-management providers used to understand website performance and product usage.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, to investigate abuse, or as part of a legitimate business restructuring subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell synchronized community-member data.
6. Payment information
Checkout and payment credentials are collected by the payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. SuperSkool receives only the information needed to recognize the buyer, verify transaction status and control access. We do not intentionally receive or store complete card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials.
7. Storage and retention
Cloud snapshots are associated with the signed-in account and are available only under the service's access controls. A limited local copy may remain in the browser used for synchronization.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and comply with legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. When deletion is appropriate, information is deleted, anonymized or isolated from normal use.
8. Security and customer responsibility
We use technical and organizational controls designed to restrict account data to authorized users, including authentication, database access policies and private billing storage. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
You must protect your SuperSkool and Skool credentials, use authorized devices, remove access from former team members and avoid exporting member information to insecure locations. Please report suspected incidents to info@superskool.shop.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
The website and app may use essential browser storage or cookies to maintain sessions, remember interface preferences, protect account access and remember a one-time promotional wheel result so the same browser cannot spin again. The promotional record contains the discount percentage, selected billing plan and claim time, not payment-card data. Analytics and tag-management technologies may also collect limited technical and interaction information to measure performance.
You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other account functions. Where consent is legally required for non-essential technologies, we will request it through the applicable interface.
10. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability where applicable, anonymization, blocking or deletion, and withdrawal of consent where processing depends on consent.
Send a request from the email associated with your account to info@superskool.shop. We may request reasonable information to verify identity and protect the account. Some information may be retained where required by law or needed to exercise legal rights.
SuperSkool is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Information may be processed or transferred in countries where our infrastructure providers operate, using safeguards required by applicable law.
We may update this Policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the website, app or registered email when required.
